Who we're looking for: We are hiring CA Freshers to join our Finance team in a role primarily focused on Financial Control with exposure to FP&A. The position offers hands-on experience in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, audits, MIS, and business performance tracking within a fintech setup.Roles and Responsibilities:Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processesAssist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and Companies ActWork closely with statutory and internal auditorsStrengthen financial controls and improve accounting processesManage RBI and other regulatory reportingPrepare monthly MIS and management reportsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial modelingConduct variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast)What is needed for this role: Qualified CA (recently qualified / 0–1 year experience)Strong grounding in accounting standards and financial reportingGood analytical ability and attention to detailProficiency in MS Excel; experience with Oracle is an added advantageComfortable working in a structured, high-ownership environmentBrownie Points for: Experience mentoring juniors or managing agency/vendor partners. Exposure to credit or payment products and their risk/compliance nuances. Familiarity with predictive models (churn or upsell propensity) and large-scale marketing automation.
