The role is tax-heavy, with exposure to investments, governance, and financial oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end Direct Taxation including income tax computation, advance tax, returns, and assessments Manage GST, TDS, and TCS compliances, reconciliations, filings, and audit support Lead tax planning and advisory, including evaluation of tax impact on investments and transactions Oversee accounting operations across multiple entities and coordinate audits and closures Prepare MIS, financial dashboards, cash flow monitoring, and investment reporting Manage MCA compliances, statutory documentation, and governance support in coordination with stakeholdersRequirements✅ Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory ✅ 7–12 years of experience in Direct & Indirect Taxation and Finance ✅ Exposure to multi-entity accounting, audits, and statutory compliances ✅ Sound knowledge of tax laws, GST, Income Tax, and regulatory frameworksPreferred⭐ Experience in CA firm / Family Office / Investment or Finance-led environment ⭐ Strong skills in MIS, Excel, financial analysis, and reportingIf you’re ready to take ownership of taxation and financial governance in a dynamic setup, let’s connect! |7521865318
