A leading foreign bank is looking for a Head of Retail Banking for their branch in East Africa . This role reports to the CEO. This is an on-site opportunity which requires relocation.Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction for the retail banking function. Drive growth across the branch network through performance management and operational excellence. Lead the development and rollout of innovative retail banking products and services.
