The candidate will be responsible for accurate billing, BOQ preparation, and coordination with project and accounts teams.Key Responsibilities- Prepare and verify RA Bills, Final Bills, and subcontractor bills - Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analysis as per drawings and specifications - Measure quantities from GFC drawings / site measurements - Coordinate with site engineers for measurements and progress updates - Maintain billing records and ensure timely submission - Assist in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis - Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for billing approvalsCandidate Requirements- BE / BTech in Civil Engineering - 3–6 years of experience in billing & estimation - Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA billing, rate analysis - Experience in real estate - Good communication and coordination skills
