Senior Executive - Accounting & Finance

Our culture values extreme ownership and customer obsession with speed.Key Responsibilities:1) Financial Planning and Analysis:- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. - Monitor and analyse financial performance against key performance indicators. - Provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.2) Statutory Compliance:- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to taxation, accounting standards, and financial reporting. - Prepare and submit necessary documentation for audits and assessments.3) Bookkeeping and Accounting:- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.4)Taxation:- Overseeing and filing of various tax returns, including GST, income tax, and any other applicable taxes. - Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments. - Complying to the regulations of FEMA and other regulations for FDI investment.5) Financial Reporting:- Coordinate with the agency for timely and accurate financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.6) Collaboration:- Work closely with other departments to streamline financial processes and improveQualifications- Experience in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting - Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to perform Financial Analysis - Knowledge of Finance and Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - CPA or relevant certification preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
