Assistant Manager- Indirect Tax

Hands-on experience in GST compliance, departmental scrutiny, audits, and litigation support.Strengthening indirect tax processes including leveraging technology for automation/ continuous improvement. Ensure all tax related controls and compliance are met as per the framework Ensure end-to-end compliance with GST laws and regulations. Review of computation of Liability and Payment of GST Tax and Interest Timely review of preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, ITC-04, and other applicable returns. Reconciliation of GSTR-2B with input tax credit (ITC) and accounting records and follow up with Suppliers as required. Monitor e-Invoicing and e-Way bill compliance. Regular review of GST output tax and ITC positions across states. New GST registrations and amendments as required from time to time. Manage GST audits, assessments, appeals and litigation. Coordinate with legal counsel and consultants for litigation matters Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal auditors on GST matters.Education- CA with 3+ years of experience in Indirect Tax Experience- 3+ years of experience in Indirect Tax.
