A leading Foreign Bank is looking for seasoned Transaction Banking Head in East Africa.This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling the transaction banking franchise by driving revenue, increasing wallet share, and strengthening client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead transactional sales origination, cross-sell initiatives, and client engagement strategiesOwn cash management, payments, trade finance, and FX solutions portfolioDrive market share growth, CASA balances, and transaction throughputPartner closely with Relationship Managers to embed transactional targets into client strategiesIdentify and launch digital, automated, and innovative transaction banking productsMonitor KPIs including revenue, volumes, turnaround times, and client satisfaction (NPS)Improve process efficiency, service delivery, and customer journeysEnsure full compliance with AML/KYC and regulatory frameworksEmbed a transaction-led culture across the corporate banking ecosystemCandidate Profile8–10+ years of experience in Transactional Banking / Cash Management / Corporate BankingStrong understanding of B2B banking clients and competitor solutions
