Job Overview:The Supervisor - Accountant will be responsible for supporting and overseeing the financial operations of our Turkey entity. This role will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with group policies, and effective coordination between the India Head Office and the Turkey finance team. The position will play a key role in maintaining financial discipline, improving processes, and ensuring timely delivery of reports and audits. Job Roles & Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the Turkey entity in coordination with the local team.Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and IFRS/local accounting standards.Coordinate with the Turkey finance team to ensure timely closure of books and reconciliations.Monitor and control operating expenses, ensuring alignment with budgets and forecasts.Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.Liaise with the Head Office finance team for consolidation, reporting, and management review purposes.Identify process gaps and implement improvements for better financial control and efficiency.Assist in cash flow management, intercompany transactions, and foreign currency reconciliations.Ensure compliance with corporate governance, internal controls, and financial policies.   CT AUTOMOTIVE INDIA
