The role focuses on driving builder and channel partnerships, sourcing quality business, ensuring timely disbursal, and managing team’s performance across the full funnel.Key Responsibilities:Build, expand, and manage builder and channel partner relationships across the Mumbai marketDrive home loan sourcing, conversions, and timely revenue realizationOwn and track the complete sales funnel from lead generation to loan disbursalHire, train, and manage a high-performing on-ground sales team for your respective ClusterDrive achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targetsEnsure strong stakeholder alignment with banks, builders, and internal teamsOversee MIS reporting, compliance, and process adherenceThis role requires extensive field movement across Mumbai to engage builders, channel partners, and sales teams
