Company DescriptionWe are a Chartered Accountant Firm looking for candidates in Direct Tax profileRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-3 years of experience. The role involves assisting with accounting, taxation, compliance, and audit-related tasks. Responsibilities also include the preparation and review of financial statements, filing regulatory reports, assisting with statutory audits, and liaising with clients to ensure accurate and timely financial management. The candidate would also work closely with senior team members to identify and implement process improvements.QualificationsStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, income tax and financial statement preparationHands-on experience in taxation compliance, regulatory filings, and income tax-related calculationsProficiency in software tools such as MS Excel and accounting software (like Tally or other ERP systems)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with clients and team membersBachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field with a focus on accounting; semi-qualified CA Previous experience in a similar role or internship in CA firms is a plus
