The firm operates with a strong focus on governance, compliance, and disciplined capital allocation.Role OverviewWe are looking for a qualified finance professional to manage accounting, financial reporting, and compliance across both public and private market investment activities.The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance, with experience handling investment-related accounting, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial ReportingMaintain books of accounts for Brion Enterprises LLPRecord and reconcile public market transactions (trading & investments)Account for private market investments (equity, structured instruments, etc.)Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statementsCompliance & Statutory FilingsManage GST compliance and filingsHandle TDS calculations and returnsSupport year-end closing and statutory auditsCoordinate with auditors, CA firms, banks, and consultantsInvestment & Management SupportTrack investment-level accounting and performanceMaintain proper documentation and audit trailsAssist management with financial analysis and reportingSupport internal controls and governance processesQualifications & ExperiencePreferred QualificationsChartered Accountant (CA) – Preferred OR MBA in Finance from a reputed instituteExperience2–6 years of experience in:Accounting / finance rolesFinancial services, investment firms, or CA firmsExposure to:Public market investments / tradingPrivate market investments (preferred)Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and compliancesProficiency in Tally / accounting softwareStrong Excel and financial reporting skillsHigh attention to detail and ownership mindsetAbility to handle confidential financial dataWho Should ApplyFinance professionals seeking exposure to both public & private market investmentsCandidates comfortable working in a professional, growing investment firm
