Job Title: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – AccountsIndustry: Freight ForwardingLocation: Andheri East, MumbaiKey responsibilitiesDaily accounting operations: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, TDS, GST, Auditing and releasing authorized payments.Bookkeeping and reconciliation: Perform bookkeeping, including preparing and entering journal entries and conducting monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.Client communication: Interact directly with clients and internal teams via email and phone during the business hours to follow up for SOA collection & confirmation, address queries and provide timely updates.Qualifications and skillsCandidates with 3–4 years of articleship experience can apply;Experience working in a freight forwarding Industry is most preferredAdaptable to work through ERP systems.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
