Finance Controller

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to lead our Finance and Accounts function. This role is critical in driving financial integrity, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and play a vital role in supporting Axis My India’s growth journey.Responsibilities & KRAs1.Cost Control and Efficiency:2.Treasury Management:- Manage and optimize cash flows - Handle foreign exchange exposure and compliance - Oversee capital raising through equity, debt, FDI, ECB (preferred)3. Financial Planning & Analysis4. Stakeholder Communication:5. Compliance and Governance:6. Financial Reporting:7. Risk Management:8. Tax Planning and Compliance:9. Capital Management:10. Team Development & Management:11.
