This critical role involvesconducting deep financial investigations and integrity checks on potential and existing portfoliocompanies to validate reported financial metrics, operational claims, and overall financial health. Theideal candidate possesses exceptional analytical skills, an investigative mindset, and a meticulousapproach to financial data.Required Skills & Qualifications:• Professional Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA)• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in forensic accounting,financial due diligence, or audit, preferably within a Big Four firm or a major financialinstitution.• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of accounting standards, auditing principles, andforensic investigation techniques.• Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze large, complex datasets to detect patternsand anomalies.• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to present complex financial findingsclearly.
