The organization is committed to learning, innovation, and providing young finance professionals with the tools and mentorship needed to build a strong and rewarding career.Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, IndiaRoles and Responsibilities:- Support the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, or other applicable standards. - Assist in conducting statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and process reviews for client organisations. - Work on direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST returns, TDS filings, income tax computations, and reconciliations. - Analyse financial data and prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis to support client decision-making. - Participate in budgeting, financial modelling, and forecasting exercises under the guidance of senior team members. - Assist in SOP development, risk assessments, and internal control evaluations for client engagements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, validate information, and prepare client deliverables. - Work on ERP systems and accounting tools (SAP, Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or others) to support financial operations. - Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of assignments. - Contribute to research, best practice documentation, and consulting frameworks for continuous knowledge enhancement.Role Requirements:- Qualification: Newly Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Fresher). - Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and audit procedures. - Proficiency in MS Excel, financial analysis, and basic financial modelling. - Good communication & presentation skills with strong analytical thinking. - Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work collaboratively in a consulting environment. - Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic, client-facing role.Contact Details: For more details on this vacancy, contact us at jobs@_______________________________HireGenie is a premier Finance Recruitment Consultancy, helping companies and startups find top-tier finance professionals.
