Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams, and creating reports and data analysis to support decision-making. BAs also help implement solutions and track project success.Core responsibilities- Analyze and understand business needs: Analyze current business operations, products, and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. - Gather and document requirements: Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for projects. - Bridge communication gaps: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams (like IT) to ensure everyone is aligned and that business needs are translated into technical requirements. - Recommend solutions: Develop and recommend solutions, strategies, or process improvements to address problems and help the organization achieve its goals.Key skills- Should have Experience in multiple payment gateways or any one of the payment gateways like Axis Bank Inhouse PG, Razorpay, PayU payment gateway, Cybersource, MPGS - End to End payment processing experience – Tokenization, Authentication (3D Secure), Scheme integrations, CBS integrations - Analytical and critical thinking - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving - Documentation and reporting
