Job Description:
We are looking for an Accounts Executive with strong experience in invoicing, collections, and coordination with banks and clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, especially for interactions with international clients, and a good understanding of GST and TDS.Role & responsibilities:- Prepare and post invoicing and collection entries in the ERP system. - Coordinate with banks for forex rates, receipt confirmations, and other banking requirements. - Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis. - Review and understand client accounts receivable to support timely collections. - Follow up with domestic and international clients regarding outstanding payments, in consultation with senior team members/partners. - Ensure accurate application of GST and TDS rules for invoices and receipts. - Maintain documentation and support period-end closing activities.Preferred candidate profile:- Bachelors degree in Commerce or related field. - 1-3 years of experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or general accounting. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles. - Good understanding of bank processes and forex coordination. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience working on ERP systems (any). - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
