Finance Video Producer

Responsibilities:- Develop high-quality content in multiple formats—articles, scripts, videos, reels, infographics, newsletters, and social media posts. - Produce educational content related to personal finance, wealth management, investments, insurance, loans, and financial planning. - Work with the Marketing, Research, and Advisory teams to identify trending financial topics and create timely, relevant content. - Create scripts and storyboards for explainer videos, product explainers, campaigns, and expert interviews. - Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content. - Collaborate with designers, videographers, and subject matter experts to ensure strong visual and storytelling quality. - Manage the end-to-end content production pipeline—pre-production, shoot coordination, and post-production. - Ensure all published content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with the company’s financial philosophy. - Publish and optimize content across platforms—LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, website, and email campaigns. - Monitor content performance, analytics, and engagement to refine strategies. - Work closely with internal teams to maintain consistent tone of voice and brand messaging. - Support the development of content for training, workshops, and internal communication when required.Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Communications, Marketing, or related field - Strong understanding of personal finance, markets, investment products, and financial planning concepts - Proven experience in content creation, scriptwriting, and video production - Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills - Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar). - Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand content - Strong sense of design, visuals, and social media trends
