Partner/ Director - Investment Banking

The role is with a well-established consulting firm looking to start their Investment Banking vertical.Please find below broad pointers of the job role for your reference.Key Responsibilities -- Help clients raise money by issuing stocks or debts. This includes pre-IPO placements and managing Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). - Handle in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations of our clients. - Advise clients on buying or merging with other companies, which involves valuing the companies, structuring the deal, and managing negotiations. - Conduct thorough investigations into a company's financials and operations to identify risks and opportunities for a transaction. - Ensure standards and procedures are maintained by whole team. - Identify and capitalizing on opportunities and prospects for new work. - Business development, including working with colleagues in other teams.Candidate Eligibility - CA/ MBA/ CFA with 10 to 20 years of experience.
