Accounts Payable Executive – Finance & Growth Location: Mumbai Experience: 1–3 years Industry: Food & Beverage (fast-growing QSR brands) CTC - 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 PA About the Role We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Executive who is excited to work in a high-growth food company. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, quick with numbers, and eager to grow their career in finance operations. You’ll work closely with the founders and operations team to ensure smooth financial processes while supporting the company’s rapid scale-up. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (invoices, vendor reconciliation, payment runs). Support monthly closings and audits . Partner with vendors to maintain strong relationships while ensuring accuracy in payments. Collaborate with founders and operations teams to streamline finance workflows. Contribute to building systems and processes that can scale with the business. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Finance operations. Strong skills in Excel and financial reconciliation . Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment . An ownership mindset : proactive, problem-solving, and reliable.
