Expansion Desk is hiring full time experienced and skilled Online Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online) - Work from Home DO NOT APPLY IF YOU'RE NOT HIGHLY FLUENT IN ENGLISH (SPEAKING & WRITTEN) We are searching for a personable, thorough Online Bookkeeper to work for one of our client. You should have thorough understanding of QuickBooks Online and other knowledge of US accounting industry. Please go through below requirements for better understanding about the job. Pls Note - A short video of 2-3 minutes mentioning your introduction, skills, relevant experience and why you are an idle candidate for this role, is mandatory to be submitted after submission of resume. SKILL Required: High Intelligence Level Excellent Written Communication Skills Excellence in using QuickBooks Online (3-5yrs Experience) Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Phone Etiquettes, Writing Emails and Texts. Book Keeper Responsibilities: Record and categorize all financial transactions accurately within QuickBooks, ensuring each entry aligns with the appropriate account. Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements with QuickBooks records to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting. Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to assist in financial analysis and decision-making. Process payroll transactions, including salary disbursements and deductions, ensuring compliance with tax laws and employment regulations. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice creation, tracking of payments due, and follow-up on outstanding receivables. Adjust journal entries for accruals, depreciation, and amortization as needed to maintain accurate financial records. Coordinate with tax preparers and auditors by providing necessary financial documents and reports for tax filing and financial audits. Implement and maintain a document management system for financial records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements for record-keeping. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with at least 3-5 years of experience working with US Clients. Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette. Professional and courteous disposition. This is work from home position and candidate must have his own high configuration laptop, strong wifi and must be FLUENT in English (Written and Speaking) - 'Mandatory' Job Type: full time (Day Mon-Fri) Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
