Financial Reporting & Compliance Ensure timely and accurate preparation of standalone and consolidatedfinancial statements as per IND-AS and other applicable standards. Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR), Companies Act, and other statutoryrequirements for listed companies. Coordinate with statutory, internal, and secretarial auditors for smoothaudit closure and timely resolution of audit queries. Ensure accurate and timely filing of all regulatory returns and disclosures.2. MIS & Business Analysis Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports, includingkey financial metrics and variance analysis. Provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes; monitor budget adherence andhighlight deviations.3. Internal Controls & Process Improvement Monitor and enhance internal financial controls and processes. Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency andaccuracy in financial reporting.4. Taxation & Treasury Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and otherstatutory payments. Support treasury functions, including cash flow management and bankingoperations.5. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management Develop the finance & accounts team. Liaise with senior management and external stakeholders as required.
