Accurate invoicing of customers by working closely with Sales Support and Sales team. Responding to customers in a timely manner in all accounts and billing queries. Monitor Customer Deposits and Deferred Revenue. Reconciling trade debtors and trade creditors along with debt collection on a monthly basis. Reconciling of bank statements in Xero for all bank accounts and credit cards. Assist with month-end closing journal entries and preparation of year-end financial statements. Checking contractors invoices and payroll manual journal. Between 2 - 7 years work experience. Hybrid work opportunity. Office is based in Santacruz West - Mumbai.
