The company's world-class family of brands includes BlueHost, HostGator, iPage, , A Small Orange, MOJO Marketplace, BigRock, and ResellerClub What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark. ·Responsible for all month end close activities as per US GAAP; ·Responsible for day-to-day transactions and ensure compliance of corporate policies and processes; · Preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly PL and Balance sheet reconciliation; ·Assistance in resolving adhoc queries as and when raised by the internal stakeholders; ·Review of the Fixed asset register and reconciliation with the books on a monthly basis; ·Assisting other team members by providing inputs on the processes; ·Co-ordinate with ICFR auditors, statutory auditor for timely closure of audits; Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed. · Minimum 2-4 years of experience in MIS/Statutory Reporting; ·Preferred experience in a technology company, particularly with subscription or SaaS business; ·Proven experience in MNC environment and knowledge of Finance and Accounting in other markets. MIS and Financial reporting; ·Experience managing the month end close process with a close cycle of 4 business days or less ·Knowledge/ experience in Accounting Standards: U.S. GAAP or IGAAP ·Advanced knowledge of Excel features and functionalities ·Excellent verbal and written communication Why you’ll love us.
