Key Roles and Responsibilities  Support in origination and successful execution of private equity or M&A transactions  Preparation of Transaction Collaterals – Teaser/ Pitch Document, Information Memorandum, Financial Model, etc  Maintain deal trackers  Track recent developments in the sector, regulations  Carry out sector research along with the reporting manager  Maintain data received from the client and organize data room during the due diligence process  Manage investor and client expectations concerning deals  Support the reporting manager in creating a BD pipeline by suggesting new client relationships that can be pursued Experience Requirements/ Education  6-10 years of Investment Banking experience or Corporate Finance experience  MBA Finance or CPA / CFA/ CA with a minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience  Good presentation and communication skills  Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting and Finance is a must  Experience of making financial models/ valuations, etc is a must  Attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous improvements  Strong entrepreneurial drive and a self-starter  Should have handled Transaction Collaterals – Teaser/ Pitch Document, Information Memorandum, Financial Model, etc.  Having been part of closed private equity, M&A or debt syndication transactions is a plus;  Knowledge of relevant regulations (FDI, SEBI, RBI, etc.), term sheets, and shareholder agreements is a plus.
