Key Responsibilities: 1) Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Monitor and analyse financial performance against key performance indicators. Provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement. 2) Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to taxation, accounting standards, and financial reporting. Prepare and submit necessary documentation for audits and assessments. 3) Bookkeeping and Accounting: Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations. 4)Taxation: Overseeing and filing of various tax returns, including GST, income tax, and any other applicable taxes. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments. Complying to the regulations of FEMA and other regulations for FDI investment. 5) Financial Reporting: Coordinate with the agency for timely and accurate financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. 6) Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve Qualifications Experience in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to perform Financial Analysis Knowledge of Finance and Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA or relevant certification preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
