Role : Chartered Accountant (CA) Location : Santacruz Experience : 5 to 10 Years Qualification : CA Job Description : Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Reporting & Compliance  Ensure timely and accurate preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements as per IND-AS and other applicable standards.  Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR), Companies Act, and other statutory requirements for listed companies.  Coordinate with statutory, internal, and secretarial auditors for smooth audit closure and timely resolution of audit queries.  Ensure accurate and timely filing of all regulatory returns and disclosures. 2. MIS & Business Analysis  Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports, including key financial metrics and variance analysis.  Provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.  Lead budgeting and forecasting processes; monitor budget adherence and highlight deviations. 3. Internal Controls & Process Improvement  Monitor and enhance internal financial controls and processes.  Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. 4. Taxation & Treasury  Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and other statutory payments.  Support treasury functions, including cash flow management and banking operations. 5. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management  Develop the finance & accounts team.  Liaise with senior management and external stakeholders as required.
