Assistant Manager Finance

Designation: Assistant Manager- Finance Function: Finance & Accounting Location: Mumbai We are seeking a highly motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) freshers to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have recently qualified as a CA and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in corporate finance, accounting, taxation, and compliance while working in a dynamic business environment. OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements. Support in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits. Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns. Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and cost tracking. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory guidelines. Liaise with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities as required. Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation. Educational Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) Freshly qualified. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and auditing procedures. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge and Skills ( Functional / Technical ) Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Team player with a proactive approach.
