We build impactful digital products and are growing our team with talented, detail-oriented professionals who love what they do.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role for an experienced WordPress Developer & Designer who can take ownership of web projects — from converting designs into fully functional WordPress websites, to managing updates, server deployments, and day-to-day maintenance. This is a remote, part-time role with flexible hours and a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.Key ResponsibilitiesConvert Figma, PSD, and XD designs into pixel-perfect, fully functional WordPress websitesBuild and customize websites using Elementor, WPBakery, and other page buildersDevelop and customize WordPress themes and plugins as requiredIntegrate and configure plugins like Gravity Forms, ACF, WooCommerce, and Code SnippetsHandle website deployments — FTP, SSH, cPanel, WHM, and server managementPerform regular website updates, content changes, and maintenanceHandle quick design tasks using Photoshop, Figma, Canva, or Illustrator (image exports, edits, etc.)Manage full from-scratch website builds independentlyEnsure websites are live, functional, and optimized across devicesWhat We OfferFlexible working hours — work at your own pace15 paid vacation days per yearA collaborative, growth-focused team environmentExposure to diverse web projects across industriesSalary Range Estimate : 25k - 35k / month (depending upon skill and expertise)
