Role Overview Advise customers on suitable travel insurance products issued by UAE-licensed insurers through a UAE-licensed insurance brokerDeliver accurate, compliant, and customer-focused insurance adviceEnsure high standards of communication, documentation, and service qualityKey ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer travel requirements including destination, duration, visa needs, age, and coverage expectationsRecommend appropriate travel insurance solutions (inbound, outbound, single trip, annual multi-trip) Clearly explain:Policy benefits and coverage limitsExclusions and deductiblesOptional add-ons such as adventure sports or cruise coverEnsure accurate policy issuance through approved insurer portals and CRM systemsSupport customers with:Endorsements, cancellations, refunds, and renewalsGeneral guidance on claims procedures in line with insurer guidelinesMaintain complete and accurate records for audit, quality, and compliance purposesProduct Knowledge & ExpertiseProven track record of working with travel insurance products Strong understanding of:Benefits, limits, and exclusionsVisa-related insurance requirements (e.g. Schengen, UK, US)Current travel insurance market trendsAbility to provide transparent advice and avoid mis-sellingCommunication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills are essentialAbility to explain insurance concepts clearly and confidently to customersProfessional handling of customer queries across phone, email, and messaging channels Customer-centric approach with attention to clarity, tone, and accuracyRole Location & Compliance This is an offshore position, based outside the UAE The role operates under the supervision and authority of the UAE-licensed broker The employee will not act as the licensed i
