Full Stack AI Engineer

ForceEquals is hiring a Full Stack AI Engineer to build AI-powered products using Next.js, LLMs, and AI agent workflows. You’ll work across the full stack, developing features that integrate modern AI systems with scalable web applications.What You’ll Work OnBuild full-stack features using Next.js (frontend + API routes)Integrate LLMs, embeddings, and vector search systemsDevelop AI agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndexImplement RAG pipelines (ingestion → embeddings → retrieval → generation)Design and optimize MongoDB data models and queriesBuild secure APIs and deploy applications on Vercel or cloud infrastructureOptimize performance, latency, and cost of AI servicesQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and Next.js or ReactExperience working with LLMs (OpenAI or similar APIs)Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval systemsExperience building scalable APIs and full-stack applicationsNice to HaveExperience building AI agents or RAG systemsFamiliarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworksExperience with Redis, Docker, or cloud infrastructureIf you enjoy building AI-native products and shipping real systems end-to-end, we’d love to hear from you.
