Job Title: Manhattan WMS Functional / Techno-Functional ConsultantLocation: Offshore – IndiaEngagement: Contract / Full-time (Vendor Payroll)Role SummaryLooking for an experienced Manhattan WMS Consultant to support configuration, integration, implementation, and production support activities for global warehouse operations.MUST-HAVE SKILLS (MANDATORY)3+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS (Active / WMOS / SCALE)Strong functional knowledge of warehouse operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Picking, Shipping)Hands-on WMS configuration and setup experienceExperience in business requirement gathering and solution designExperience with system integrations (ERP, MHS, external systems, APIs/middleware)End-to-end implementation experience including testing, UAT, and go-liveProduction support and issue troubleshooting experienceStrong communication skills (client-facing)Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support Manhattan WMS across multiple versionsGather business requirements and translate into functional WMS solutionsSupport design, testing, UAT, implementation, and go-liveWork with developers and business teams on system integrationsPrepare functional and configuration documentationProvide post-go-live support and resolve production issuesSupport knowledge transfer and training activitiesGood to HaveExperience with Material Handling Systems (MHS) integrationsExperience working in offshore–onshore delivery modelManhattan WMS certificationRetail / e-commerce / 3PL domain experienceAdditional Notes for VendorsOffshore role from IndiaImmediate to short-notice candidates preferredStrong Manhattan WMS experience is non-negotiable
