This is not a support role — you’re expected to drive architecture decisions and deliver scalable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Workday implementations, enhancements, and support across modulesDesign and build end-to-end workflows/business processes in WorkdayAct as a bridge between business and technical teamsArchitect and deliver Workday integrations with external systemsHandle data migration, reporting, and security configurationsTroubleshoot complex issues and ensure system stabilityStakeholder management and requirement gatheringPrimary SkillsStrong hands-on experience in Workday HCM (Core + at least one module like Recruiting / Payroll / Absence / Compensation)Deep expertise in Workday Business Process Framework (BPF)Solid experience with Workday Integrations:EIBCore ConnectorsWorkday StudioREST/SOAP APIsAbility to integrate Workday with third-party systems (HRMS, payroll, finance tools, etc.)Strong understanding of data structures, security, and reporting (Advanced/Matrix reports)Good to HaveWorkday certificationsExperience in multi-region/global implementationsExposure to integration middleware tools
