We are seeking a highly driven hunter to lead new client acquisition for our IT staffing services, with a focus on small and mid-sized businesses. This role is exclusively focused on generating new business—there are no responsibilities related to delivery, account management, or farming existing accounts.Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and secure new direct clients for IT staffing servicesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound efforts (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls)Engage with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, hiring managers) to understand hiring needsConvert qualified opportunities into signed staffing agreementsTransition successfully closed accounts to the internal delivery teamQualifications:Demonstrated success in B2B sales or IT staffing business developmentStrong prospecting and cold outreach skills with a disciplined approachComfortable working in a target-driven, commission-based environmentProven ability to consistently generate new client accounts (“new logos”)Success Metrics:Acquisition of new clients and execution of signed staffing agreementsDevelopment of a consistent, high-quality sales pipelineAchievement of monthly and quarterly new business targets
