With a strong emphasis on quality construction, design excellence, transparency, and customer-centricity, Victorino Luxury Homes is developing modern real estate experiences in Goa and beyond.Position Summary We are seeking experienced, driven, and result-oriented Senior Sales Managers / Sales Managers to lead commercial real estate sales initiatives in Goa. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation, documentation, and successful closure, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct. This role demands a strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to consistently achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation. Drive sales of commercial real estate projects. Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, outbound outreach, referrals, channel partners, and market research. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including client meetings, presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures. Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Manage and control all sales-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with legal, finance, CRM, and post-sales teams to ensure smooth completion of closing formalities and handover. Monitor booking processes, agreements, and payment milestones to ensure timely closures. Maintain clear and up-to-date records of client interactions, negotiations, and pipeline status.Eligibility & Candidate ProfileExperience Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in commercial real estate sales.Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Proven expertise in negotiation, objection handling, and deal closure. Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales reporting. Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales processes. Sound understanding of commercial property documentation and sales compliance.Personal Attributes Results-driven with a strong ownership mindset.
