Structural Engineer

Job Profile:Structural Engineer​ Location:Vasco da Gama, Goa (Office based with Site Visits to job sites in South Goa)Reporting to : Principal Civil Engineer / Project HeadSalary:₹45,000 per month + Performance Incentives​ 1. Candidate Objective ​We are looking for a detail oriented Structural Engineer to lead the design and stability analysis for residential mansions in and around Vasco da Gama.​2. Key Responsibilities​ Structural Analysis : Perform complete structural modeling and analysis using ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or SAFE.​ Detailing:Prepare and review detailed RCC structural drawings, including foundation, column layouts, and slab reinforcements.​ Site Liaison:Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure reinforcement and shuttering align with structural designs.​ Optimization:Collaborate with the Principal Civil Engineer (Proprietor) to optimize steel and concrete consumption while prioritizing safety and stability.​3. Desired Qualifications​ Education : B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structures preferred).​ Experience : 3–5 years of proven experience in RCC residential buildings (G+4 and above).​ Software : Mastery of AutoCAD and at least one structural analysis software (ETABS/STAAD.Pro).​ Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the Goa Land Development and Building Construction Regulations and NBC 2016.
