As a Freelance Lawyer, your responsibilities will include providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, and assisting with dispute resolution cases. You will work closely with a diverse client base, offering tailored solutions and ensuring compliance with Indian legal standards and regulations. Qualifications Strong expertise in legal research, drafting, and interpretation skillsExperience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and legal documentsKnowledge and application of Indian legal frameworks and regulationsEffective communication, negotiation, and advisory skillsWorking knowledge of legal tech platforms or tools is advantageousFlexibility to work remotely and manage deadlines efficientlyBachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher from a recognized institutionPrior experience in freelance or client-based legal advisory is preferred
