The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting talent acquisition initiatives across multiple roles.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines.Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns when required.Required Skills & Qualifications2–3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus.What We OfferFully remote work opportunityCollaborative and supportive work environmentOpportunity to work on diverse roles and projectsCareer growth and learning opportunities
