It helps in saving time, costs, and effort for both women and their service providers.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role (full-time option available for an all-rounder candidate) for a Care Coordinator specialising in women's health within a digital and AI-focused environment.The Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing care plans, ensuring seamless coordination of services with consumers and clinicians, and providing personalised support to Gynexa users.The role will involve contributions to further developing the digital products using consumer insights, clinician feedback, as well as marketing and GTM efforts with the founders. Hence, it is an all-rounded opportunity for building a digital health and AI product, consumer and GTM expertise.Experience/Skills/Background Proficiency in care coordination, user counselling and doctor communicationExcellent communication and customer engagement abilitiesBackground in any health discipline with consumer and clinician coordination experience (medical and public health, psychology, nutrition, nursing, biotech)Digital product (design, testing, evaluations) and marketing/ GTM experience is highly valued in this roleStrong work ethics and initiative plan work, update the teams and execute with high ownership
