We are seeking a proactive and results-drivenTechnical Superintendent - sailing as C/E mandatorywith strong expertise in vessel management and technical operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost efficiency.Position: Technical Superintendent Location: Work From HomeResponsibilities Maintain regular communication with Line Manager on vessel performance, budgets, and incidents. Prepare specifications, evaluate tenders, and supervise daily technical operations of assigned vessels. Implement and promote company’s HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) policies onboard. Plan and execute dry-docking, major repairs, mobilizations, and refits at regular intervals.Qualifications Candidate with ranksailing experience as Chief Engineer . Candidates fromany type of vessel backgroundwill be considered. Shore experience is not mandatory ; fresh Chief Engineers are welcome to apply.
