Product Validation Engineer

Role & Responsibilities Job holder is responsible to execute, monitor, troubleshoot, and analyse product validation tests as per the Design Validation Plan (DVP) signed off with internal and external customers, ensuring reliable test results and robust product performance evaluation.Product Validation (DVP Execution)Carry out validation processes strictly as per DVP and customer‑approved procedures (internal & external)Product Conduct tests as per standards, protocols, and global test methodsEnsure accurate and timely execution of all validation activitiesTest Rig Setup & TroubleshootingIndependently set up and operate mechanical/automated test rigsTroubleshoot rig performance issues to ensure continuous and accurate test operationInterpret live data from testing rigs to assess running conditions and identify abnormalitiesPost‑Test Analysis & Reporting Analyse raw test data and derive meaningful conclusionsPrepare complete Post‑Test Analysis Report with engineering commentsShare and discuss test reports with customer (internal/external) for approvalEducational Qualifications / Technical Training/ CertificationsB.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering)3-8 years of experience in product testing, mechanical validation, and test rig handlingFunctional SkillsStrong understanding of DVP & validation processesTest rig setup, calibration & troubleshooting know‑how Data interpretation & mechanical test analysis expertiseKnowledge of industry standards (ISO / ASTM / OEM-specific)Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, data acquisition tools
