About The RoleLilo is looking for a Full-Stack/Backend Engineer to help our Operations team scale. You’ll design and build internal tools and workflows that support customer orders and drive customer success.About LiloLilo is revolutionizing procurement for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) businesses by providing a single platform to automate and optimize procurement processes using AI. From hotels to gyms, schools, and senior living homes, we streamline workflows like invoicing, vendor management, and price comparisons—saving our clients both time and money. We are already transforming procurement for major brands like Fairfield, Hampton Inn, and Hilton.What You Will DoBuild and maintain internal workflows to automate order processing and support tasksIntegrate internal tools with third-party systems and APIsWork closely with Operations & Customer Success to understand pain points and ship fast, reliable solutionsMonitor, debug, and improve existing automations and servicesTech StackNode.jsPythonAWS (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.)What You Will NeedStrong experience with Node.js and/or Python in productionSolid understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and databasesExperience on AWS (serverless is a plus)Comfortable working directly with non-technical teammates and building directly their needs (no PM to translate)Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and focused on shipping value quickly.Tons of ownership, don’t need hand-holding.
