You'll work directly on LangGraph / LangChain-based pipelines and play a key role in architecting multi-agent systems that interact with real customer data and workflows.This role is ideal for someone who loves hands-on building, fast iteration, and ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and develop LLM-based multi-agent workflows.Deploy and maintain AI Agents in live production environments.Integrate Agents with 3rd-party systems and internal APIs.Improve model performance using evaluation + observability tooling.Collaborate with engineering + product teams to ship fast.Required QualificationsExperience deploying AI Agents in production (critical requirement).Minimum 1 year experience building AI applications or workflows.Hands-on experience with LangGraph and LangChain.Strong understanding of LLM application architecture, state handling, and tool-calling.Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and NLP pipelines.Familiarity with AI observability tools (e.g., Langfuse, Phoenix, OpenTelemetry, W&B, Honeycomb).Proficient in Python for backend and orchestration.Strong problem-solving skills, self-directed, comfortable in fast-paced environments.Nice to HaveExperience with Docker / containerized deployments.Background integrating with APIs and enterprise systems.Understanding of structured evaluation and testing frameworks for LLM applications.
