Project Manager

Position Overview: Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation and delivery of Motadata solutions for enterprise customers. You will manage project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensure successful deployment and integration of Motadata products. You will work closely with customers, implementation engineers, product teams, DevOps, and support teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and proven experience managing complex technical projects in IT monitoring, ITSM, or enterprise software environments.Role & Responsibility: • Lead end-to-end project management for Motadata solution deployments and implementations. • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource planning.• Coordinate with customers to understand technical and business requirements and translate them into implementation plans.• Manage cross-functional teams including Implementation Engineers, DevOps, Support, and Product teams to ensure successful delivery.• Oversee deployment, integration, and configuration of monitoring, logging, and service desk solutions.• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively.• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership.• Ensure adherence to implementation standards, documentation, and best practices.• Drive continuous improvement in implementation processes, tools, and delivery efficiency.• Provide technical guidance and leadership to implementation teams when required.• Ensure smooth project handover to support teams post implementation.• manual and automated testing to ensure product quality.Skills and Qualifications:• 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, IT Implementation, or Enterprise Software Delivery.• Strong experience managing end-to-end implementation/project management of IT monitoring, ITSM, or enterprise software solutions.• Experience with monitoring and service desk tools such as ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Grafana, ELK Stack, Kibana, or Zoho Service Desk.• Strong understanding of on-premise and cloud deployment models.• Good knowledge of networking concepts such as secure zones, firewalls, DMZ, and enterprise infrastructure.• Experience working with Linux, Windows servers, and enterprise environments.• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
