Event Sales Executive

Position: Event Sales ExecutiveLocation: Moga, PunjabIndustry: Food & Beverage (Traditional, Organic & Healthy Products) About Us We are a specialty outlet dedicated to promoting jaggery, jaggery-based snacks, bhaji, and superfoods. Beyond retail, we cater to weddings, functions, and large events, offering authentic, healthy, and traditional products in bulk. Role Overview The Event Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of jaggery snacks, bhaji, and superfoods for weddings and special events. This is a customer-facing, field-sales role focused on building relationships with wedding planners, caterers, banquet halls, and families. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with wedding planners, caterers, banquet halls, and families for bulk/event orders. Pitch and present customized packages of jaggery-based snacks, bhaji, and superfoods. Conduct product sampling and tasting sessions to promote offerings. Achieve monthly and seasonal event sales targets. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment. Maintain relationships for repeat business and referrals. Participate in wedding expos, food fairs, and promotional events. Track leads, inquiries, and conversions through CRM or reporting tools. Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication and persuasive selling skills. Good networking ability with wedding/event industry professionals. Confidence in pitching healthy & traditional food products. Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated. Ability to manage time and multiple leads effectively. Qualifications Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred. 1–2 years of experience in event sales, catering sales, or FMCG sales is a plus. Freshers with excellent communication skills and passion for food sales are encouraged to apply. Compensation Base Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 (depending on experience). Attractive commission (2–4% per event order) + performance bonuses. On-target monthly earnings: ₹25,000–₹45,000.
