Strategic HR Leadership : Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including workforce planning and succession management. Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruitment processes, employer branding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. Policy Development & Compliance: Design and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, diversity standards, and ethical practices. Performance Management: Lead performance appraisal systems, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms to drive employee growth and accountability. Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement programs. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and implement learning programs to enhance employee capabilities and leadership pipelines. HR Analytics & Reporting: Use data-driven insights to inform decisions on turnover, productivity, and workforce trends. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor HR executives, ensuring alignment across recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee experience functions.
