About the Restaurant:We are opening a new Punjabi vegetarian restaurant that celebrates the authentic taste and culture of Punjab.We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef who can prepare delicious Punjabi food with traditional flavours and modern presentation. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in Punjabi or North Indian cuisine. Must know tandoor, curry, and traditional Punjabi-style cooking. Should be punctual, neat, and responsible. Knowledge of food safety and kitchen management preferred.
