Job Title : Associate Professor/ Professor in Physiotherapy Location : Ganpat University, Kherva, Mahesana. Key Responsibilities: Teaching and Academic Responsibilities Deliver high-quality teaching in undergraduate and postgraduate physiotherapy programs. Develop, review, and update course curriculum and teaching materials in accordance with university and regulatory guidelines. Implement innovative teaching-learning methodologies, including technology-enabled and outcome-based education approaches. Conduct assessments, examinations, and academic evaluations as per institutional policies. Develop minimum 2 MOOCs within two years’ time. Research and Scholarly Activities Conduct high-quality research in physiotherapy and rehabilitation sciences. Publish research findings in peer-reviewed and indexed journals. Supervise postgraduate research dissertations and research projects. Contribute to funded research projects, collaborative research initiatives, and grant proposals. Clinical and Professional Responsibilities Guide students during clinical postings, patient assessment, and physiotherapy interventions. Promote evidence-based physiotherapy practice and rehabilitation programs. Establish and maintain collaborations with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare institutions. Academic Administration and Institutional Contribution Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and departmental activities. Contribute to quality assurance processes, accreditation activities (NAAC/NIRF), and institutional committees. Organize workshops, seminars, conferences, and continuing education programs. Mentor students and support their academic, research, and professional development. Eligibility Criteria Ph. D. in any discipline in Physiotherapy recognized by U.G.C. (Mandatory) Master in Physiotherapy (M.P.T./ M.P.Th. /M.Sc. P.T.) with Eight years total experience as Assistant Professor (out of which minimum 2 yrs as Senior AP preferably). Proven record of research publications in peer-reviewed journals (indexed journals preferred). Experience in guiding postgraduate research projects/dissertations will be an added advantage. Registration with relevant Physiotherapy Council or regulatory authority, wherever applicable.
