The ideal candidate is expected to deliver high-quality academic sessions, create engaging online content, mentor learners, contribute to research and support institutional initiatives, besides strengthening the visibility of CDOE’s online learning initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare e-Content and e-Tutorials including but not limited to e-Books, Reference articles, Case Studies, additional Curated Content, record Video Lectures, create Session PPTs, Pre – reads/Reading materials, update Video Links, Quantitative and Numerical (if applicable), Blogs, Reference news feed etc. as per UGC’s Four-Quadrant approachCreate other educational content such as Notes, Summaries, Assignments, Term Papers, Question Banks etc.Design and/or integrate AI enabled tools for enhancement of Learners experienceConduct Virtual Lab session for coding/programming oriented subjectsImplement delivery of simulation, gamification, animation, infographics and other such learning applicationsCoordinate and assist the technical team to suitably incorporate e-Content and e-Tutorials in the Learning Management System (LMS)Conduct seamless and engaging live online sessionsModerate online discussion forumsAssist and supervise the examination proctoringMentor and guide learners appropriatelyEvaluate the Assignments and supervise PG Projects submitted by the studentsContribute to the development and revision of academic programs and coursesStay updated with advancements in the field of online education and incorporate relevant content and teaching methodologies into coursesWork collaboratively with colleagues to design new programs or improve existing onesQualifications & SkillsFor Full-Time Faculty Members position, PhD and/or UGC-NET qualification along with Master’s degree in the relevant field is requiredFor Faculty Associates, Master’s degree in the relevant field and/or pursuing PhD with interest and related skills in the online educationFor Visiting Faculties, candidates with relevant experience and expertise gained in industry or academia preferably working with reputed Higher Education Institutes, EdTech companies, Training Organizations or as a freelancerUp to 15+ years (0 to 15+) of relevant experience, of which some experience in online education is an added advantageFor Visiting Faculties, proven work experience of 2-10 years as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with visiting teaching and training exposure in virtual/online modeExperience with online teaching platforms and digital pedagogy is desirableSubject matter expertise and ability to teach effectively in an online environmentProficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual classrooms, and digital content creationStrong student-centric approach with a commitment to academic excellenceAbility to balance teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities effectivelyExcellent communication, organizational, and mentoring skillsInterested candidates are requested to send their updated resume on ar.cdoe@
