Designation: Photographer & Videographer/ CinematographerRole Purpose: To enhance the brand presence across digital and print media and capture high-quality photos and videos that showcase the GL Bajaj’s events, activities, campus life, and promotional content.Knowledge1.1 Photography:Capture high-resolution images of campus events, lectures, workshops, student activities, and promotional campaigns.Conduct portrait shoots for faculty, students, and guest speakers.Edit and retouch photos to meet brand standards.Maintain an organized digital archive of all photographs.1.2 Videography:Shoot and produce high-quality videos for promotional content, social media, interviews, and event coverage.Edit videos (color grading, sound mixing, motion graphics, etc.) for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, website, etc.).Create engaging storytelling content, including documentaries, testimonials, and event highlights.Ensure brand consistency in all video content.2.Functional SkillsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content strategies.Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and software.Assist in live streaming events when required.Ensure timely delivery of edited photos and videos.Proven experience as a Photographer & VideographerProficiency in DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar software.Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.Creative mindset with attention to detail.3.AttributesCreative in delivering training.Dynamic, energetic, team player, thrives among strong colleagues.Ability to work in fast paced evolving environment.Be willing and able to exercise judgment and take risks.Accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.Reflection of an impeccable persona in walk-talk while dealing with academiaKnowledge of drone photography/videography is a plus.4.Qualification & Years of Experience as per norms:Degree/Diploma in Photography, Videography, Media Production, or related field (preferred).Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in photography/videography.5.Apply for the position by sending your CV at careers@
